01. About OMO

OMO is an educational screen-time management platform designed for families. The Service helps parents manage children’s access to digital content by combining parental controls with educational activities and quizzes.

02. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create and manage a Parent account.

Child accounts may only be created, configured, or supervised by a parent or legal guardian with lawful authority over the child.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• ✓Any information you provide is accurate and complete
• ✓You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

03. Accounts and Family Linking

OMO supports Parent and Child device configurations. Parents are responsible for managing connected child devices, configuring permissions and restrictions, and supervising educational settings.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account or linked family profiles. You agree not to share access credentials with unauthorized persons or attempt to bypass system protections.

04. Features

OMO provides tools intended to support healthy digital habits and educational engagement. Features may include blocking selected applications, unlocking access through educational activities, and monitoring usage patterns.

OMO does not guarantee continuous availability of blocking features or prevention of all unauthorized device activity. Some features depend on Apple system-level permissions and APIs.

05. Subscriptions

Certain features of OMO require a paid subscription (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime). Payments are processed through Apple App Store billing systems. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

06. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the Service, interfere with security mechanisms, use automation scripts, or circumvent parental controls. Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

07. Safety

OMO is designed to support parental supervision but does not replace active parenting. Parents remain solely responsible for monitoring child activity and evaluating educational content suitability.

08. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using OMO, you acknowledge that certain technical, behavioral, and device-related information may be processed to provide the Service.

09. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, designs, graphics, and content, are owned by OMO Kids LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or modify the Service without prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

OMO may integrate with third-party platforms (Apple, RevenueCat, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, or outages.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is detected. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling subscriptions.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States laws.
